I believe that everyone is creative and everyone should be valued. When they are valued it gives them permission in a way to be creative. If people can be encouraged to step outside their box, so to speak, take risks, and show vunerability, that is when exciting things happen. When the community comes together ordinary people can do extraordinary things and Barry is a place just bursting with potential.

The more you put in, the more you get out. Giving is an ultimately rewarding experience. Everyday I am inspired by someone I meet and think what an inspiration they are,but you have always got to laugh at yourself.
